A heavy bodied asphaltic base roof cement formulated with fillers and fibers to be tough. It's asphalt base allows the cement to remain soft and pliable which increases durability. The cement will form a tight waterproof bond that expands and contracts with the weather. It is heavy bodied enough to adhere on steeply sloped surfaces without running. Use it around chimneys, downspouts, skylights, gutters and roof vents to waterproof and repair leaks and seal cracks.
